Marketing Intern - Grand Central Publishing (Fall 2026 - Spring 2027)
Summary
Grand Central Publishing is seeking a fall intern to support its marketing team. This role offers exposure to book marketing campaigns, social media promotion, and audience development across a wide range of titles.
Logistics:
Program Dates: October 5 - May 21
Weekly schedule: 21-28 hours per week
Location: New York office, with flexibility for hybrid.
Pay rate: $17.00/hour
Company laptop will be provided for the duration of the internship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with execution of marketing campaigns
- Support social media and influencer outreach initiatives
- Research influencer and organizational contacts
- Social media asset creation
- Provide administrative support related to mailings, events and meetings
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Interest in marketing or publishing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in books and consumer audiences
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva
