Social Media / Graphic Design Manager

• National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ combined experience in graphic design and social media management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing social media content.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud experience, particularly:
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Zoho Social or similar.
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns or Mailchimp.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or another website CMS.
• Experience with basic photography and video editing.
• Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
• Excellent written English and the ability to create professional business content.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to KwaZulu-Natal, hospital sites, congresses and events.
• South African citizen or valid work authorisation.

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, engineering, FMCG or another technical/regulated environment.
• Experience designing tenders, proposals and corporate capability documents.
• Digital/social media marketing certification such as Meta Blueprint, HubSpot or Google.
• Experience working with multiple brands or international suppliers/principals.

Graphic Design & Brand

• Manage and maintain the Company’s corporate identity and ensure consistent branding.
• Design brochures, catalogues, product sheets, one-pagers, clinical summaries and marketing collateral.
• Create tender and proposal documents, company profiles and presentation packs.
• Design exhibition stands, banners, pull-ups, congress materials and promotional items.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, training material and product comparison sheets.
• Adapt supplier/principal artwork to the Company’s branding and guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for print and manage printers, suppliers, quotations and proofs.
• Maintain an organised digital library of approved logos, images, templates and marketing content.
• Assist with basic product, event and team photography and image editing.

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, write, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Develop short-form video, reels, motion graphics and animations.
• Manage and grow the Company’s LinkedIn presence, with a strong B2B focus.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and social media enquiries.
• Support sales teams with product-launch and employee advocacy content.
• Update website content in conjunction with the web developer/agency.
• Create email campaigns and newsletters using Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp or similar.
• Monitor social media and website performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor competitor and industry activity and provide relevant marketing insights.

• Ensure marketing content complies with relevant industry, regulatory, POPIA and brand requirements.
• Ensure clinical/product claims receive the required internal regulatory approval before publication.
• Maintain content approval records.
• Support campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, congresses and internal events.
