Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' digital marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel industry.
- Proven track record of increasing online visibility and direct bookings.
- Experience managing multiple digital marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress or similar).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, or similar).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and guest database marketing.
- Familiarity with hotel booking engines and channel management platforms is advantageous.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media.
- Understanding of website optimisation and conversion rate improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
