Marketing Automation Specialist

• You could have the opportunity to design automated customer journeys, build lead-nurturing programmes, develop triggered campaigns, manage audience segmentation, implement personalised communications and continuously optimise automated campaigns based on customer behaviour and performance data

Skills & Experience:

• Build and manage automated customer journeys across the customer lifecycle
• Develop automated email, SMS, push notification and lead-nurturing campaigns
• Create customer segments and personalised communications based on behaviour and lifecycle stage
• Manage marketing automation workflows, triggers, rules and campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise journeys to improve engagement and conversions
• Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Marketo, Adobe Campaign or similar
• Experience working with CRM platforms and customer databases
• Implement lead scoring, nurturing and lifecycle marketing processes
• Conduct A/B testing and use campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Understanding of customer data, consent management and POPIA is advantageous

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Marketing Automation, CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo or similar platforms are advantageous
