Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers within the meat processing sector
- Develop strategic accounts and identify opportunities for business growth
- Drive sales and new business development across assigned accounts
- Negotiate customer agreements in line with commercial objectives
- Develop and manage the opportunity pipeline.
- Build and execute account strategies to support sustainable customer and business growth
- Monitor market and business trends to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to annual budgets and business planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 8 years’ Key Account Management experience within the meat ingredients sector
- Proven B2B meat ingredients sales experience is essential
- Strong technical background
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving business growth
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and perform effectively under pressure
- Results-driven with strong business development capability
