As a Sourcer, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet high-priority hiring needs across multiple functions. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, build and manage talent pipelines, and ensure a world-class candidate experience. This role requires a self-directed and resourceful individual with 5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
Missions

Profil recherché
- Skilled at managing large volumes of concurrent pipelines with a sharp understanding of pipeline health, prioritization, and trade-offs between competing requisitions- Proven success partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to refine role requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines
- Self-directed and resourceful, capable of driving initiatives forward with limited oversight
- 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, improve hiring outcomes, and create a best-in-class candidate experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to uncover candidate motivations and ensure long-term fit
- Working knowledge of technical skill sets relevant to engineering and adjacent functions
- Familiarity with automation tools, sourcing platforms, and data-driven approaches to streamline recruiting processes
- Experience sourcing for manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industry roles
- Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive-level candidates
