About the role
负责计划并推动RTM 新渠道项目（如DTP），通过渠道创新、挖掘DTP生意潜力，新渠道整体开拓、商务洽谈、网点准入、渠道布局建设。
Key responsibilities
1.新渠道开拓与网点开发
负责所辖区域空白DTP药房、双通道定点药房、专科医药连锁、院外特药门店新资源挖掘、商务拜访、合作洽谈、合同签约及准入进场; 规划渠道布局，完成年度新开网点开发指标。
2. 渠道商务谈判与合作落地
独立完成DTP门店进场条件、供货模式、陈列资源、销售政策、进销存规则商务谈判; 协调总部及供应链，保障新品进店、首单铺货及持续稳定供货，解决渠道进场各类卡点问题。
3. RTM渠道体系落地运营
严格执行HLA RTM零售终端管理标准，对已开发DTP新渠道进行建档、分级管理、日常维护; 管控渠道价格、窜货、陈列及终端形象，规范渠道秩序，提升单店产出与存活率。
4.数据报表与合规管理
统计新开拓门店数量、铺货进度、销售回款、库存周转等数据，定期提交渠道开拓报表; 严格遵守医药行业合规准则、反商业贿赂及公司内控要求，全流程合规运营。
Qualifications and skills
1. 本科及以上学历，药学、医药营销、生物、市场营销等相关专业优先;
2. 1-3年医药DTP渠道、零售连锁、院外特药渠道开拓经验，熟悉华东/上海DTP药房资源者优先;
3. 懂DTP双通道政策、药房合作模式、终端进场流程，具备独立商务谈判和新网点开拓能力;
4. 目标感强、执行力高，善于陌生拜访和资源破冰，能承受业绩压力，愿意跑外勤、跑市场;
5. 有RTM、MRT零售渠道经验、自带DTP药房资源者优先考虑。
