Job Purpose

We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern within APAC Commercial Technology. The intern will support regional commercial technology initiatives through project coordination, data preparation and analysis, stakeholder and third party engagement, reporting, and presentation development. The intern will be assigned to Commercial Transformation initiatives and will own a defined work area or deliverable while working under the guidance of the APAC Digital & Technology team.

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Support assigned APAC Commercial Technology projects through project planning, coordination, progress tracking, and follow-up of actions and deliverables.
• Collect, clean, organise, and consolidate business, market, project, or operational data from multiple stakeholders and sources.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative information, identify key findings, and translate the analysis into clear summaries and recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, trackers, dashboards, and other materials for project reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Present assigned analysis, progress updates, or recommendations to project stakeholders, with guidance from the project lead.
• Coordinate with APAC markets, commercial teams, and external agencies or vendors to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and support timely delivery.
• Document meeting outcomes, decisions, risks, dependencies, and next steps, and actively follow up with owners to close agreed actions.
• Conduct relevant market, consumer, industry, process, or technology research to support project decisions and opportunity identification.
• Maintain organised project documentation and knowledge repositories to enable effective governance, collaboration, and handover.
• Take ownership of an assigned work area or deliverable, provide regular updates, and escalate risks or support needs in a timely manner.

• Develop stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills through engagement with market teams, commercial functions, agencies, and vendors.
• Gain exposure to Commercial Transformation initiatives.
• Build confidence in taking ownership of a defined work area while working effectively within a broader project team.
• Develop problem-solving, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced regional environment.

Why You?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and a willingness to support both structured project activities and detailed execution tasks.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyses, and summaries information accurately and clearly.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is preferred.
• Interest in commercial technology, digital transformation, data and analytics, AI, business innovation, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms, is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present work to stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, including a readiness to work on detailed data, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Organised and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work independently on an assigned area while collaborating effectively within a project team.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across different APAC markets, functions, and cultures.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, problem-solving ability, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Adaptable and open to supporting either Digital Marketing / Digital Commerce or Go-to-Market priorities, based on business need.
