At Haleon, we're looking for a motivated and commercially curious Key Account Manager to support and grow our partnership with Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to one of the world’s most innovative retailers while developing your skills across account management, category, analytics, digital retail and commercial planning.

Working closely with the National Business Manager, you will support the delivery of joint business plans, promotional activity, forecasting and customer growth initiatives across our portfolio of category-leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer business plans with Amazon.
• Build strong working relationships with key contacts across Amazon and internal Haleon teams.
• Assist in delivering net sales, market share and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate promotional planning and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Analyse sales and category data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Support forecasting and demand planning activities, highlighting risks and opportunities early.
• Help drive distribution, ranging and new product opportunities.
• Partner with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Contribute to improving online customer experience through product visibility, content and digital activation opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, availability and supply chain efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, sales, category, account management or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Commercial curiosity and a genuine desire to develop customer management skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Confidence working with data and translating insights into practical actions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure, experience or willingness to learn/use Circana/IRI Nielsen, Power BI
