  • Contribute to special projects, including client analyses, industry research, and geographic studies, as needed.

  • Develop knowledge of infrastructure sectors and investment strategies, including data centers, digital infrastructure, renewables, utilities, transportation, and other essential infrastructure assets.

Qualifications

Required

  • Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, consulting, or a commercial role in a relevant infrastructure industry. Candidates with other directly relevant investment experience will also be considered.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, including the ability to build and review transaction models and distribution waterfalls.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and an ability to identify and communicate key investment considerations.

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively seek the information and resources needed to complete assignments effectively.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced investment environment.

  • Commitment to contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Preferred

  • Experience evaluating infrastructure investments, private markets funds, or businesses operating in infrastructure-related sectors.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure investment concepts, including contracted and regulated assets, project finance, leverage, valuation, and cash flow analysis.
