Motion & Graphic Designer

The Motion Graphic Designer is required to support Hamrobazar’s growing demand for video content, digital advertisements, and campaign creatives. This role will directly contribute to brand visibility, customer acquisition, app installations, and marketplace engagement.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Management, Design or related discipline.
• 3 years of work experience over design related roles.

Job Description

• Static Graphic Design: Design social media posts, digital banners, promotional materials, and other marketing creatives.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop engaging animations, motion graphics, and animated advertisements for digital campaigns.
• Video Editing & Production: Edit promotional videos, reels, product explainers, and social media content.
• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging, trend-driven visual content.
• Digital Campaign Creatives: Design static and animated advertisements for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for Static graphic design, digital creatives, image editing, and visual composition
• Adobe After Effects for Motion graphics, 2D animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro & CapCut for Video editing, transitions, color grading, and audio synchronization
• AI Design Tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.), AI-assisted creative production, image generation, and workflow optimization
• Branding & Visual Communication, typography, color theory, storytelling, creative conceptualization, and brand consistency
