Full-Cycle Recruiter (Freelance- Project Based)

We’re looking for a high-performing Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to find, engage, and convert top talent.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding)

• Proactively source and engage top talent across multiple roles and industries

• Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit

• Build and maintain strong, reusable talent pipelines

• Partner with clients to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver aligned candidates

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (LATAM ↔ U.S.)

• Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience

• Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes

• Continuously improve recruiting strategies using data, tools, and market insights

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (LATAM experience strongly preferred)

• Strong knowledge of the Colombian talent market

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset

• Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients

Requirements

• Based in Colombia

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 required)

• Available to work U.S. business hours (160 hrs/month)

• Reliable laptop and high-speed internet
