As Landscape Inspector, you inspect the Lead Developer's landscape and public-realm works for compliance with the approved design and specifications, on RCRC's behalf. The role is site-based and reports to the Quality Manager / Technical Manager.
Responsibilities
· Inspect softscape and hardscape, planting and landscape-related works in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
· Verify materials and plant quality against the project specifications, before and after installation.
· Witness relevant tests, and raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through to verified close-out.
· Apply standardised inspection checklists, protocols and reporting templates consistently across sites, and complete inspections to the agreed schedule.
· Maintain full inspection records and support quality reporting, flagging recurring issues early so they can be addressed before they spread across the programme.
· Support snagging and punch-list close-out, and the handover of public-realm assets, including checking as-built records against what was actually built.
Requirements
· Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture or Civil Engineering.
· Over 7 years' relevant experience with a degree, or 12 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree
· Hands-on inspection experience on landscape and public-realm works - softscape, hardscape and planting.
· Working knowledge of site QA/QC: ITPs, inspection checklists, NCRs and inspection records.
· Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Arabic; both is an advantage.
Preferable
· Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
· Experience on large-scale land development, infrastructure or public-realm programmes.
