なぜ募集するのか

Enterprise顧客の増加に伴い、より高度な導入支援・AI活用設計・技術伴走が求められるようになっています。

その中で、顧客現場に深く入り込み、技術面から導入・実装・活用をリードするForward Deployed Engineer（FDE）ポジションを新たに募集します。

FDEは、顧客とプロダクトを繋ぐ“技術アンカー”として、Enterprise顧客の成功とプロダクト進化の両方に関わる重要な役割です。

業務内容

    Forward Deployed Engineer（FDE）は、Enterprise顧客の現場に深く入り込み、技術的な実装・業務設計・AI活用をリードするポジションです。

    単なる導入支援ではなく、顧客課題を構造的に理解し、プロダクト・AI・オペレーションを組み合わせながら、顧客のCustomer Experience変革を技術側から推進します。

    また、顧客現場で得られた知見をProduct / Engineeringチームへ還元し、プロダクト改善のフィードバックループを加速させる役割も担います。

    具体的な業務

  • Enterprise顧客への技術的導入支援・実装推進

  • 顧客業務に合わせたAI活用・CRM運用設計

  • API / Webhook / 外部システム連携支援

  • PoC（Proof of Concept）の設計・推進

  • 顧客課題の整理・構造化および技術的ソリューション提案

  • Product / Engineeringチームへの顧客フィードバック連携

  • Sales / CSM / Product / Engineeringとのクロスファンクショナル連携

  • AI Nativeな業務改善・オペレーション設計支援

  • Enterprise Dealでレガシーから最新SaaSまでを含めた技術やセキュリティ観点での提案・伴走

必要な経験/スキル

  • SaaS / IT業界におけるEnterprise顧客対応経験（Presales / Solution Engineer / Technical Consultant / CSM 等）

  • API / システム連携に関する基本理解

  • 社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験

  • 高いコミュニケーション能力およびファシリテーション能力

  • SQL / Python / API利用経験

  • CRM / CX / AI領域への理解
