We are looking for Mobile Analytics Engineer (Branch Firebase GA4)as a Full Time for our IT Company.

Job Title: Mobile Analytics Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

* First-line investigation and diagnosis of tracking issues reported by campaign specialists, including performance drops, data mismatches, broken links, and missing events.

* Liaising with Ad Partners/MMP support to resolve tracking issues.

* Reproducing ad journeys across mobile apps and web to identify where data breaks in the funnel.

* Testing and debugging tracking links and setups.

* Responding to automated integration health alerts, including Branch connections to Meta, Google Ads, and other partners.

* Investigating flagged disconnections or data gaps.

* Manually checking integration health on a regular schedule wherever monitoring is not automated.

* Supporting non-PMKT teams with deep-link tracking queries and guiding them towards self-service link creation tools.

* Performing routine SDK and data layer validation across markets.

* Conducting pre-release and post-release tracking checks for critical releases.

* Maintaining documentation of known issues, resolutions, and tracking configurations.

* Escalating issues to the Product Owner when architectural changes, cross-team coordination, or stakeholder communication are required.

Required Skills & Capabilities:

* Working knowledge of mobile attribution and Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms. Branch experience is preferred.

* Familiarity with Firebase, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) app tracking ecosystems.

* Hands-on experience with Xcode and Android Studio for debugging mobile app behaviour.

* Ability to trace events through tracking pipelines using Branch and Firebase SDKs.

* Ability to read and interpret app tracking configurations for advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.

* Understanding of deep-link tracking and mobile app event tracking.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to reproduce, isolate, diagnose, and document tracking issues.

* Clear communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders and campaign teams.
