Our Building Fabric Pre-Construction team in Scotland is growing, and we are looking for an Assistant Pre-Construction Manager (Passive Fire) to support the delivery of high-quality bid submissions, project pricing, and pre-construction activity across our Edinburgh-based pipeline. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in turning enquiries into winning proposals - building your commercial and technical knowledge as you go.

This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with a background in passive fire, building fabric, or a related discipline who wants to grow into a commercial pre-construction career in a fast-moving, high-quality business.
