Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET.
Build scalable backend services and APIs supporting high-volume data processing and business-critical workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
Develop and enhance modern web applications using React or similar frontend technologies.
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Promote engineering best practices including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous performance improvements.
Contribute to software architecture, modernization initiatives, and technical decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams while supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring activities.
Requirements
6-10 years of software engineering experience with C# and .NET.
Strong experience building enterprise applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with React or another modern frontend framework.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and TDD practices.
Understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, observability, and modern software design patterns.
Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience supporting and improving production applications in complex environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent English.
