Havas is seeking a talented and results-driven Media Performance Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across various digital channels. This role will be instrumental in driving client success through data-backed insights and innovative performance strategies.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive media performance strategies aligned with client objectives and Havas's overall media goals.
* Manage the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, programmatic), including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and budget management.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
* Develop and present clear, concise, and actionable performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, campaign progress, and recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, account management, analytics) to ensure integrated campaign delivery and consistent messaging.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media performance and digital advertising.
* Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Contribute to new business pitches and client growth initiatives by providing expert media performance insights.
* Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand safety guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
* Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
* Proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ad serving platforms.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
* Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
* Certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
