Researchtopics,trends,competitors,andrelevantindustrydevelopmentsto develop content ideas.
Proofreadandeditcontenttoensureaccuracy,readability,grammar,and consistency.
Repurposeexistingcontentintodifferentformatswhenrequired.
SEO Writing
DevelopSEO-friendlycontentusingrelevantkeywordsandsearchintent.
Conductbasickeywordandtopicresearch.
Optimisecontentforheadings,keywords,metatitles,metadescriptions, internallinking,andreadability.
WorkwiththeSEOteamtoimplementcontentrecommendationsandimprove organic visibility.
StayupdatedonbasicSEOandcontentmarketingtrends.
Project Coordination
CoordinatewithSEO,design,account,andotherinternalteamsforcontent requirements.
Maintaincontentcalendars,trackers,andprojecttimelines.
Followupwithrelevantstakeholderstoensurecontentisdeliveredwithinagreed timelines.
Managemultiplecontentassignmentswhilemaintainingqualityanddeadlines.
Supporttheteaminkeepingcontentprojectsorganisedfrombrieftofinal delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
3yearsofexperienceincontentwriting,digitalmarketing,journalism, communications, or a related field.
Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Excellentgrammar,vocabulary, andproofreadingskills.
Goodresearchandinformation-gatheringabilities.
BasicunderstandingofSEOanddigitalmarketing.
Ability to write for different audiences, industries, and brand voices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Goodorganisationalandprojectcoordinationskills.
Comfortableworkingonmultipleassignmentssimultaneously.
FamiliaritywithtoolssuchasGoogleDocs,GoogleSheets,WordPress, SEMrush/Ahrefs,orsimilarplatformswouldbeanadvantage.
