What you’ll do:
- Prepare workpapers, reconcile accounts, and compile financial statements for clients
- Process payroll and prepare payroll tax forms
- Have an advanced understanding of client accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.)
- Oversee payroll and sales tax audits and respond to related tax notices
- Assist with individual and business tax preparation services
- Provide consulting services
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and/or accounting
- 0-3 years of experience in public accounting preferred
- Exceptional communication and strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
