Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a junior-level SAP FSCD Functional Analyst to support daily system activities and help solve issues related to collections, disbursements, and financial transactions. This role will work with business users and support teams to keep the SAP FSCD system running smoothly. It is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow their SAP knowledge and gain experience in insurance and financial services.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first-level support for SAP FSCD-related issues raised by end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to FSCD processes, such as payment processing, invoicing, and collections.
• Document and track issues using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work as part of dynamic SAP Configuration and Production Support team which includes 15 members, working onsite & offshore.
• Assist in maintaining and updating SAP FSCD configurations based on business requirements.
• Support minor enhancements and changes to FSCD functionalities under the guidance of senior consultants.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of IT experience preferably in SAP Insurance/Reinsurance or Finance modules.
• Familiarity with SAP system architecture and integration concepts.
• Basic understanding of SAP FSCD modules and functionalities.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes, including collections, disbursements, and invoicing.
• Proficient in using standard desktop applications such as MS Office applications with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
• Exposure to SAP implementation or support projects is a plus.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Team player who works well with technical and business resources.
• Able to work in onsite - offshore model.
• Strong initiative, able to self-manage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate level of English.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or any applicable field.
