Job Summary
Job Summary : CMDB Administration Create, update, and retire Configuration Items (CIs). Maintain CMDB data accuracy and completeness. Perform CMDB audits and data quality checks. Identify and remove duplicate or obsolete CI records. Support CI relationship mapping and dependency tracking. Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, and application teams for CI validation. Perform asset reconciliation and lifecycle management activities. ITSM & Operations Handle incidents, service requests, and operational tasks within SLA. Support change management activities related to CMDB updates. Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles. Prepare weekly/monthly governance and compliance reports. Participate in customer and internal review meetings. Follow ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
