Role Purpose

The Global Recruitment Lead will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the CTO & Ecosystem organization. This role is responsible for building a future-ready talent pipeline across AI, GenAI, AI Engineering, Product Engineering, Research, Cloud, Platforms, Ecosystem Alliances, and Emerging Technologies.

The individual will partner closely with CTO leadership, business leaders, HRBPs, workforce planning teams, and external ecosystem partners to deliver exceptional talent while enabling the organization's AI and innovation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Develop and execute global hiring strategies aligned to CTO & Ecosystem business objectives.
• Build hiring roadmaps for AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Cloud, Data, Platforms, Product Management, Research, and Innovation functions.
• Translate workforce plans into scalable talent acquisition programs.
• Anticipate emerging skill requirements and develop proactive sourcing strategies.

Leadership Hiring

• Lead executive and senior leadership hiring across:
  • AI CoE
  • AI Labs
  • Product Engineering
  • Research
  • Ecosystem & Alliances
  • Platform Engineering
  • Innovation Programs
• Partner with executive search firms and specialist talent providers.

Global Talent Market Intelligence

• Provide insights on:
  • Talent availability
  • Competitive benchmarking
  • Compensation trends
  • Emerging skills
  • Geographic talent hotspots
• Develop quarterly talent intelligence reports for CTO leadership.

Strategic Sourcing

• Build global pipelines through:
  • Universities
  • Research institutions
  • Startup ecosystems
  • Open-source communities
  • Industry forums
  • Professional networks
• Establish sourcing channels for hard-to-find AI and deep-tech talent.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with:
  • CTO Leadership Team
  • Business Unit Leaders
  • Global HR
  • Workforce Planning Teams
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Employer Branding Teams
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and hiring priorities.

Recruitment Operations Excellence

• Establish recruitment governance and hiring metrics.
• Improve speed, quality, diversity, and predictability of hiring.
• Drive recruitment process modernization using AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Implement data-driven decision frameworks.

Diversity & Inclusion

• Build targeted programs to improve representation across hiring.
• Strengthen diverse talent pipelines globally.
• Monitor and improve diversity hiring outcomes.

Employer Branding

• Position the organization as an employer of choice for AI and technology talent.
• Build relationships with universities, industry bodies, and technology communities.
• Represent the company at conferences, forums, and recruitment events.

Required Experience

Essential

• 12-18+ years of recruitment experience.
• 5+ years leading global technology hiring.
• Experience recruiting for:

  • Platform Engineering
• Experience managing geographically distributed recruiting teams.
• Strong stakeholder management at CXO and Senior Leadership levels.

• Knowledge of emerging AI talent ecosystems.
