This role works closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure seamless onboarding and implementation experiences.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to drive successful solution adoption.
• Design scalable and practical solutions that align with business needs and platform capabilities.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and process-related issues throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Provide guidance and technical consultation to stakeholders during onboarding and adoption activities.
