The hiring manager is specifically looking for someone who has built and owned governance, demand management, portfolio management, and vendor management functions, not just delivered projects

Key Responsibilities

  • 10-15+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • Minimum 3+ years in global HR transformation programs
  • Experience managing multi-country HR technology portfolios
  • Ownership of Demand Management, Portfolio Governance, or PMO functions

Experience working with executive stakeholders (CHRO, CFO, HR Leadership)

Other Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Demand & Portfolio Management
  • ServiceNow PPM or equivalent

  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Budget & Forecast Management
  • Global HR Transformation experience

Preferred:

  • Total Rewards / Compensation domain
