Technical Manager (NPI)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying gaps in TPI’s for stage and validating it for smooth operation.
  • Creating NC’s for any issues occurred in testing by investigating and finding the root cause.
  • Creating Jira Tickets for modifying the TPI, scripts etc..
  • Creating Airtable for EFT’s, ASR’s and troubleshooting matrix issues.
  • Training the technicians one new revision versions of TPI’s and MES.
  • Development of Hardware and software support on stage and cannula assembly.
  • Updating MES.
