Job Summary

This is a new resource requirement in the DPDW (Data Prep and Data Wrangling) project nearshore

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain system stability, resolve technical issues, and provide real-time support for core platform operations.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools to detect system events.
  • Contribute on the creation and maintenance of operational documentation.

Creation and maintenance of scripts to automate several processes related to internal applications performance and sustainability.
