JD & Role Summary
Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of the Enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) Accelerator. Own the solution architecture, target operating model, implementation roadmap, delivery plan, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and successful execution of the platform. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data privacy and security controls, the FPOB governance model, Engineering Golden Path, and Route-to-Live requirements. Provide technical direction across all workstreams and drive the solution from mobilisation through production adoption and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall solution architecture, delivery roadmap, and technical design authority.
- Define the target operating model, implementation approach, delivery standards, and architecture guardrails.
- Lead FPOB-aligned governance forums, planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate privacy, security, platform, data engineering, portal, DevOps, and quality-assurance workstreams.
- Ensure solution scalability, resilience, maintainability, auditability, and compliance with enterprise controls.
- Drive design approvals, non-functional assurance, SIT, UAT, Route-to-Live, production rollout, and handover.
- Manage stakeholders and translate business outcomes into prioritised technical deliverables.
- Establish reusable patterns and oversee knowledge transfer to engineering and operational teams.
