Job title: Workday Adaptive Planning - Consultant (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS)
Experience: 5-6+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Adaptive Planning models for assigned planning areas
- Conduct requirement workshops, support discovery-to-deployment lifecycle
- Manage hierarchies, dimensions, versions, account structures
- Validate data loads and source mapping (Azure, BPC/Excel)
- Support sandbox testing, UAT, and business signoffs
- Ensure proper versioning, cloning, and phase-aligned planning activities
Skill Requirements
- 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning (specific area: Opex / Revenue / COGS / Workforce)
Hands-on configuration of Sheets, Dimensions, Levels, Versions.
Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting background, Workforce Planning
- Prior experience with L3 model configurations
- Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation
- Proficiency with Adaptive modeling, matrix reports, Office Connect
- Configuration of Adaptive Planning models
- Hierarchies, Dimensions & Source mapping
