2. Troubleshoot Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Promptly.
3. Participate In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
4. Manage And Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Operational Efficiency And Robust Security Posture.
5. Drive Positive Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency In Terraform For Infrastructure As Code And Automation.
2. Strong Understanding Of Powershell For Scripting And Automation Tasks.
3. Familiarity With Jenkins For Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (Ci/Cd) Practices.
