Job Summary
Strong hands-on experience supporting infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure, with practical working knowledge of both cloud platforms.
- Strong Windows Server administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience provisioning and supporting Windows VMs in cloud environments.
- Experience with cloud account/subscription structures, resource organization, permissions, roles, and access controls.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, AMIs, IAM, CloudWatch, EBS, and Systems Manager.
- Working knowledge of Azure services including Virtual Machines, subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, disks, networking, and Azure VM/image management.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities across:
- Windows OS
- Compute
- Storage
- Networking
- IAM/RBAC
- Monitoring and logging
- Performance
- Cloud connectivity
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience handling Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Experience with Windows/cloud security hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, operational procedures, and technical runbooks. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on operational experience with both AWS and Azure in a large enterprise environment.

- Experience developing and maintaining standardized Windows AMIs/Azure VM images.
- Experience automating cloud infrastructure provisioning and post-build validation.
- Strong knowledge of AWS IAM and Azure RBAC in controlled enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM platforms.
- Working knowledge of cloud governance, tagging standards, naming conventions, access controls, and resource lifecycle management.
- Understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management processes.
