Position Summary
Manage end-to-end execution of semiconductor equipment installation and startup projects across Taiwan customer sites.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline.
Equipment Experience (Any One or More)
Endura PVD, Endura CVD, Electra Plating, Olympia ALD, Centura ALD, Producer ALD, Producer GT, Producer SE, Producer Black Diamond, Centura HDP CVD, Centris Sym3 Etch, Selectra Etch, Reflexion GT, Reflexion LK Prime, Mirra Mesa, SEMVision, PROVision, Radiance RTP, Centura RP Epi
Taiwan Experience
Experience supporting TSMC, UMC, PSMC, Powerchip, VIS, Winbond, ASE, SPIL, or Micron Taiwan. Experience working in Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiung fabs preferred. Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Lead installation, hook-up, startup and qualification programs.
Manage FSEs, Sr. FSEs and subcontractors.
Drive project schedules, risks and customer communication.
Coordinate with facilities, construction and process teams.
Lead executive reviews and escalations.
Ensure safe and successful handover to operations
