Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP FI and CO modules.
Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and enhancements within agreed SLAs.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring finance issues and implement permanent solutions.
Work closely with Finance, business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
SAP FI - Financial Accounting

SAP CO - Controlling
Strong functional knowledge of:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Cost Element Accounting
Allocations and Assessments
Planning and Budgeting
Actual vs. Plan reporting
Month-end controlling activities
Integration
Strong understanding of integration between FI/CO and MM, SD, PP, PS and Asset Accounting.
Experience troubleshooting automatic account determination and posting issues.
Good knowledge of financial postings originating from Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for interfaces, reports, enhancements, and custom developments.
AMS / Production Support
Handle P1/P2/P3 incidents and service requests based on business priority and SLA.
Support critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
Perform incident, problem, and change management.
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements.
Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot interfaces, IDocs, background jobs, and posting failures.
Maintain RCA documents, SOPs, functional documentation, and knowledge articles.
Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
Strong expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling.
Good experience in Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Order and CO-PA processes.
Experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of FI-MM and FI-SD integration.
Experience working in an AMS / production support environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.
