  • Ability to design scalable, secure, high-performance automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical design, integration patterns, data flow, and performance tuning.
  • Drive adoption of BPM standards, reusable assets, and automation frameworks.
  • Lead architecture and solution design for Camunda-based BPM/workflow applications.
  • Design process orchestration solutions integrating microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and legacy systems.
  • Strong expertise in Camunda Platform 8/7, BPMN 2.0, DMN.

    Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, cloud-native microservices.

  • Strategically support cloud migration and modernization programs involving Camunda.
  • Conduct POCs, evaluate tools, and propose scalable architecture improvements.
  • Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to coding & deployment standards.

Skill Requirements

15 years Camunda + Java experience, JavaScript preferable
