Job Summary
Responsible for leading the testing efforts for projects using c#, selenium, and python.
Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and provide testing support.
Monitor and manage the testing progress, report on testing activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the testing team in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks using c#, selenium, and python.

3. Review and analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

5. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the testing function.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in c# programming language for test automation.
2. Strong experience in using selenium for test automation of web applications.
3. Good knowledge of python scripting for test automation and data manipulation.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements
1.Relevant testing certifications such as ISTQB or Selenium Certification would be a plus.
