Education & Experience
- Associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support, hardware deployment, manufacturing, validation, or lab operations.

- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and PC configuration.
