Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative and stock control environment.
  • Experience in inventory, stores management, and workflow management.
  • Procurement, invoicing and contractor administration.
  • Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling organisational information.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support while maintaining accurate stock records and effective inventory control.
  • Maintain departmental records, reports, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement documentation, including obtaining quotations and prepare purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries.
  • Receive, issue, and monitor stock, and assist with scheduled stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Assist with budget monitoring by capturing and reconciling expenditure and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to support the efficient operation of the department.
  • Support compliance with organisational policies, health and safety requirements, and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organisational information and documents.
