Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of inbound sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms and online communication tools.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace for remote work.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Convert inbound leads into confirmed sales through active listening and persuasive communication.
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about policies and procedures.
  • Record all customer interactions and sales accurately within the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to improve sales techniques and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage post-sale follow-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
