Job Summary
This Sr. Director of Employee Experience Delivery will be responsible for leading five journey teams and a small team of HR Liaisons. It will be responsible for creating a culture of collaboration between journeys and HR Liaisons and among other areas of HR to effectively deliver engaging and inclusive employee journeys. This includes delivery of a high-quality, tailored experience across journeys for business leaders. They will also lead, inspire, coach, and develop the Journey Owners and HR Liaisons as well as the broader teams.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience
- 5 years management experience
- Experience supporting M&A or business integration in HR
- Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services
- Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement
- Data-driven strategic decision making
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Executive level communication and influence skills
- Comfort with change, nimble ways of working

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$146,700.00 - $272,400.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
