Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading end-to-end quality engineering and test service delivery across a product line, establishing the vision, strategy, and governance necessary to ensure successful product outcomes. Responsibilities include overseeing all testing operations, directing test planning and execution, performing impact analysis and estimation, managing internal and external testing resources, advancing automation and continuous testing capabilities, and ensuring effective test environments and data management. The role also serves as the primary vendor relationship manager and partners with business and technology leaders to balance quality, delivery speed, and business value. The Product Line Test Lead serves as the primary point of accountability for testing outcomes, collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, and manages vendor partnerships to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable delivery.Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
*7+ years of experience leading quality engineering and testing efforts for complex enterprise applications and product delivery teams.
*Proven experience developing and executing product line test strategies across multiple applications, releases, and integrated platforms.
*Experience managing and mentoring QA/Test Engineers in Agile products team environment.
*Experience in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Structured Query Language (SQL), System Development Methodology (SDM).
*Experience in technologies testing.
*Experience in application and infrastructure integration.
*Experience in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
*Experience in Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
*Experience in test automation.
*Experience in usability testing.
*Experience in demand types / delivery methods (Agile, Scrum, Iterative Development).
*Impact analysis and estimation experience.
*Testing vendor relationship management and governance.
*Test data management, test environment design and management.
*Understanding of the business strategic needs and IT capabilities.
*Customer relationship management.
*Ability to develop a strong vision, lead, influence, and mobilize.
*Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Proven experience developing and executing product line test strategies across multiple applications, releases, and integrated platforms.
*Strong experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
*Proven experience implementing and scaling test automation frameworks and continuous testing practices.
*Experience with test data management, test environment strategy, and release readiness planning.
*Experience performing impact assessments, risk evaluations, test estimations, and release planning activities.
*Experience managing external testing vendors, including governance, performance management, and delivery oversight.
*Strong understanding of quality engineering practices, shift-left testing, and test optimization methodologies.
*Experience supporting business-critical product lines and translating business objectives into effective testing strategies.
*Ability to drive defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
*Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and Operations teams.
*Strong customer focus with the ability to balance quality, speed, risk, and business value.
*Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
*Experience with API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, etc.).
*Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
*Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or Agile Testing certifications.
*Experience in insurance, claims, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
*ISEB System Testing Foundation Certification or similar.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$102,000.00 - $184,300.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
