Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Support the sales team with day-to-day sales coordination and administrative responsibilities across assigned accounts.
- Manage key components of the pod sales process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless execution.
- Coordinate print, digital, and social advertising initiatives across Hearst Magazines' portfolio of 30+ brands.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents to support business development efforts.
- Partner with internal teams to facilitate campaign execution, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales activity, maintain account information, and manage reporting with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build strong working relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional partners while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn as you develop your career within Hearst Magazines.
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, advertising, media, marketing, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with sales or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
- This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of working in the office four days per week.

The base salary for this role is $50,000. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
