We’re looking for aBusiness Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving sustainable growth across the customer lifecycle. As a Business Analyst at Helfy, you’ll work closely with Retention, CRM, Product, Customer Experience, and Data teams to analyze customer behavior, identify growth opportunities and support data driven decision making. You’ll focus on repeat purchases, retention, churn, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.

DoktorABC connects patients, licensed doctors, pharmacies, medications, and delivery partners through a single digital healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and business performance across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on retention, repeat purchases, churn, reactivation, and customer lifetime value
• Monitor key KPIs and build dashboards, reports, cohorts, and customer segments to identify trends and performance gaps
• Analyze customer journeys and identify key drop off points, churn drivers, and opportunities to improve repeat behavior
• Partner with Retention, CRM, Product, and Customer Experience teams to evaluate campaigns, lifecycle journeys, discounts, Care Plans, and other retention initiatives
• Analyze performance across markets, treatment categories, medications, service types, acquisition sources, and customer segments
• Measure the impact of customer experience factors such ascancellations, payment failures, and delivery issues on customer behavior and business results
• Support tests and experiments, including KPI definition, control groups, performance analysis, and final recommendations
• Translate complex data into clear business insights, quantify opportunities, and support strategic decision making

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Retention Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, GA4, and analytics platforms
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Experience in B2C and large scale digital platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Experience analysing customer behaviour, cohorts, retention, churn, and conversion funnels
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience working in cross functional Agile environments
• Advantage: experience in ecommerce, health tech, or telemedicin
