Backup care is needed approximately 1-4 times per month on weekdays, typically Monday, Tuesday, or Friday from 6:00 AM-10:30 AM. The family is looking for a warm, engaging, and reliable caregiver to care for their child while the parents are at work.

Length of Position: Long-term
Schedule: Intermittent backup care, 1-4 times per month, with no guaranteed hours
Typical Needs: Monday, Tuesday, or Friday, 6:00 AM-10:30 AM
Compensation: $30 per hour
Responsibilities
- Bottle feeding
- Diaper changing
- Facilitating nap times
- Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience
- CPR certified, or willing to become certified
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
- Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
Compensation:
This position pays $30 per hour, and the family is looking for intermittent backup care with no guaranteed hours.
