About the Role
Helmets Integrated Projects is hiring a Junior Presales Engineer to join the Presales team supporting light current and physical security opportunities. The role covers technical proposal preparation, BOQ development, solution design support, and client-facing technical engagement across CCTV, networking, and integrated ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare technical proposals, compliance sheets, and technical write-ups in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
· Develop and validate BOQs for CCTV, network, and light current scopes.
· Design and size CCTV systems: camera selection, storage calculation, bandwidth estimation, VMS sizing, and server specifications.
· Design supporting IP network architectures: switching, routing basics, and fiber backbone considerations.
· Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, datasheets, and solution validation.
· Support client-facing technical presentations, clarifications, and solution defenses.
· Work closely with sales, projects, and procurement teams to ensure proposals are technically and commercially aligned.

Requirements
Requirements
· B.Sc. in Communications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
· 1–3 years of presales, design, or technical engineering experience in light current or physical security.
· Solid working knowledge of CCTV systems: cameras, VMS platforms, storage sizing, and analytics basics.
· Solid working knowledge of IP networks: switching, VLANs, IP addressing, and fiber infrastructure.
· General familiarity with light current systems: access control, intrusion, PA, and structured cabling.
· Strong technical writing skills in English.
· Ability to manage multiple proposals in parallel under deadlines.
Nice to Have
· Vendor certifications in CCTV (Axis, Milestone, Genetec, Hikvision, Dahua) or networking (Cisco, Aruba, Huawei).
· Exposure to government or large-scale infrastructure tenders.
· Experience with tools such as JVSG, IP Video System Design Tool, or equivalent.
