Join Hermès as an After-Sales Technician, where you will provide professional technical assessment and services to clients, ensure timely completion of after-sales services and repairs, and carry out interventions on watches according to Hermès standards. You will also manage spare parts, perform administrative tasks, and work with the retail team to ensure smooth delivery and support of client repairs. Candidates should have advanced watchmaking-repair training or WOSTEP certification, at least 3 years of experience in the luxury timepiece industry, and good knowledge of standard IT tools.
Missions
- To provide professional technical assessment and services to clients, ensuring timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs.
- To repair and control all types of quartz, mechanical and simple complication watches, examining watches, removing damaged parts, and testing accuracy.
- To manage spare parts logistics, ensuring sufficient stock and performing quality control and quick service activities at the warehouse.
