Job scope/summary:

The DevOpsEngineerdelivers the Data Center Infrastructure consulting and Java scripting services related to data and web center transformation, consolidation, virtualization, automation & cloud solutions. The solutions addressthe businessrequirements and ensure that the requirements forthe management, ITprocessesand key technologies, such as aweb basedserver infrastructure.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

The responsibility as a technical consultant

• Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams

• Maintain effective customer relationships so as to ensure partner satisfaction

• Cluster deployment & node lifecycleincl. Golden Image design

• Bare-metal automation

• Patch, compliance and capacity management incl. health checks and reporting

• Regularly supports the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions to the customer

• Realization and implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in one of the following work domains:infrastructure orvirtualized platforms

• Engages in technical problem solving across multipletechnologies oftenneeds to develop new methods to apply to the situation

• Communicates with internal and externalcustomersconfidently anddemonstratesthe professionalism of the job family.

Key deliverables:

• Build and operate the bare-metal, OS and cluster provisioning layer of the ACE environment

• Support to the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions to the customer

• Realization and implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in one of the following work domains:infrastructure orvirtualized platforms

• AUDI Customer Germany

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent

• Real life experience in Cloud project delivery, including the design phase

Other requirements:

• Fluent English language

• German Language as advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad.
