How you will make your mark:

• SupporttheimplementationandongoingexpansionoftheHRDataLake,includingdatadiscovery,analysis,mapping,validation,andgovernanceactivities.

• PartnerwithHRstakeholders,sourcesystemowners,ITteams,andtheDataOfficetodefinebusinessrequirementsanddataneeds.

• Analyzedataflowsandbusinessprocessestoensureaccuratemovementandtransformationofdataintoenterprisedataplatforms.

• Supportdataquality,validation,reconciliation,andissueresolutionactivitiesacrossHRdatadomains.

• Contributetotheimplementationandadministrationofself-servicereporting,visualization,andanalyticssolutions.

• Developreportingrequirementsandcollaboratewithtechnicalteamstodeliveractionablebusinessinsights.

• IdentifyopportunitiestoimproveHRprocessesthroughprocessredesign,automation,analytics,andtechnologysolutions.

• Supportbusinesscasedevelopment,solutionevaluation,andimplementationplanningforHRtransformationinitiatives.

• Leadorparticipateincross-functionalprojectsinvolvingHRtechnology,datamanagement,reporting,andoperationalimprovements.

• Facilitatediscussionswithbusinessstakeholderstogatherrequirements,alignpriorities,anddrivesolutionadoption.

• Createbusinessprocessdocumentation,datadefinitions,governancestandards,andoperationalprocedures.

• Monitorprojectprogress,risks,dependencies,anddeliverablestosupportsuccessfulimplementationoutcomes.

About you:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,HumanResources,InformationSystems,DataAnalytics,ComputerScience,orarelatedfield.

• Typically4-7yearsofexperienceinHRtechnology,businesssystemsanalysis,dataanalytics,businessprocessimprovement,orrelateddisciplines.

• Experienceworkingwithcross-functionalbusinessandtechnologyteams.

• Experiencesupportingdata,reporting,analytics,orenterprisesystemimplementations.

• Experiencegatheringrequirementsandtranslatingbusinessneedsintoactionablesolutions.
