Service Engineer (m/f/d) - Inspection

Your mission

• Installation, commissioning, and acceptance of cold-end systems and inspection equipment at customer sites worldwide
• Support during plant start-ups and ensuring stable production operations on site
• Systematic analysis and troubleshooting of failures in inspection machines, sensors, and automated systems
• Execution of maintenance, service, and calibration activities
• Training and instruction of customer personnel (in-house and on-site)
• Preparation and support of customer audits
• Close cooperation with the engineering department to continuously improve systems
• Analysis of operational and process data as well as preparation of service reports and technical documentation

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, further education as a technician or a degree in a technical field
• Experience in commissioning, parameterization, and maintenance of glass inspection machines in the cold-end environment
• Good knowledge of optical measurement technology and automated inspection and testing systems
• Basic knowledge of computer and network technology
• Experience in troubleshooting complex technical systems
• Very good command of English, written and spoken
• High willingness to travel internationally (worldwide)
• Valid driving license (Category B)
• Confident appearance in an international customer environment
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
• Team player with strong collaboration skills across internal departments and customers
