Salesforce Administrator

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer with 0-3 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance Salesforce solutions for our customers. This is a hybrid role spanning Salesforce administration, development, application support, troubleshooting, and delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with customer stakeholders, understanding business requirements, resolving application issues, and delivering Salesforce solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Salesforce application support and troubleshoot customer issues and defects.
• Perform Salesforce administration, including users, security, objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other custom Salesforce solutions as required.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Own development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
• Partner directly with customer stakeholders to diagnose issues, provide technical guidance, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Maintain accurate technical and support documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend improvements to system functionality and processes.

Requirements:

• 0 - 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration and configuration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and Salesforce automation.
• Working knowledge of Apex development.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Salesforce application issues and identify root causes.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment and testing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and directly with customers.
• Salesforce and ERP knowledge is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with LWC, integrations, APIs, or Salesforce deployment tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems.
