Missions

Own customer implementations from handover after sale through to successful go-live, guiding customers through system setup, data preparation, configuration, and key implementation decisions.
Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for HR and People stakeholders, helping customers understand how their setup choices will affect future processes.
Build trusted relationships with customers and keep projects progressing through clear communication, expectations, and governance, while working through ambiguity and diagnosing issues.
